RATES
Standard Service Call Rate- A standard service call includes a visit to your home or business site. Labor is billed at $30.00 per hour and is rounded to the nearest fifteen minutes.
Off-Site Labor- Off-site labor is billed at the rate of $30.00 per hour and is also rounded to the nearest fifteen minutes.
Pickup and Delivery Charge- A $10.00 fee applies for off-site service. (Within 30 miles of Lewisburg, Ohio) This fee includes equipment pickup and delivery.
Phone Consulting Fee- With a standard service call or off-site charge, twenty minutes of over-the-phone support are available free of charge.
